Since the dedication and opening of the Memorial Museum in 2001, vast collections of historic artifacts have been entrusted to our care. Now that the trials are over and appeals exhausted, we have actively sought out and captured the personal stories of those involved in solving the case and bringing justice to those who were killed.
Technological advances also allow for visitors to now experience our story and lessons in ways never dreamed of 11 years ago. A Museum Master Plan has been created that outlines a renovation of the Museum's layout and exhibits to advance our ability to reach out and engage audiences in new and captivating ways. These enhancements will create a multimedia format of new and enhanced stories to educate, inform and inspire. To remain relevant is paramount to the Memorial's mission, especially as we have the honor and responsibility of teaching a generation of children who were not even born at the time of the bombing. |
