Memorial Hosts Mid-Del Administrators

Administrators from the Midwest City-Del City Public Schools met in the Museum’s Center for Education & Outreach to kick-off the new school year with their Keeping the PRIDE Alive! Retreat. The day included a presentation about Memorial resources and programs available to assist educators in teaching about the impact of violence and the importance of respect, resilience and responsibility in improving school climate. Administrators shared school successes and discussed leadership, school change and Common Core readiness in the context of team-building activities.
