Preserving History...Museum Artifacts Tell a Story

October 10, 2011

HUD Special Agent Paul G. Broxterman, who was killed in the Murrah Building bombing, collected over 184 uniform patches from all over the country. His patches were found in the rubble of the Murrah Building by his immediate supervisor Larry Chapman. Chapman sent the patches to Paul’s mother, Peggy Broxterman, who then donated them to the Archives and Special Collections of the Memorial.
