Special Donor Gives for Others to Experience

This weekend a very special visitor wanted to make sure that other children are able to experience the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum. Five year old Madelyn Lane Minardi from Omaha, NE, and her family had completed their visit to the Museum when she noticed the Pay It Forward donation opportunity to give $5.00 for a student to come to the Memorial Museum. Madelyn immediately took an envelope and gathered all the change she had in her pocket to give to a volunteer for “other children.” When asked by the Visitor Services staff member about her favorite part of the Museum, she replied, “When they caught the bad guy.”
