Memorial Museum Makes Plans for Future

Over the past few months, the Memorial Museum Working Group has worked with original Museum designers from Gallagher & Associations and Hillmann & Carr to sketch out a Master Plan that will keep the Museum relevant for decades to come. This plan was presented to a joint meeting of the Memorial Executive Committee and Conscience Committee, as well as Memorial staff.

Many artifacts and stories have been collected over the decade since the Museum opened. These updates will allow us to include items and stories that were not available 10 years ago and use them to teach the events of the Oklahoma City bombing. Through technology and these artifacts we can tell this story in a more contemporary and relevant way.
