Names added to the Survivor Wall at the Oklahoma City National Memorial

Three names were engraved on the Survivor Wall by Greg Rand of Ponca City, who has assisted with these additions the past five years. J.V. Grice, Dorothy Sampson, and Betty L. Tyson were in the Oklahoma Water Resources Board building on April 19, 1995, at 9:02 a.m. Betty Tyson was an employee and died on May 29, 1997. Grice and Sampson, also both deceased, were attending a hearing at 9:00 that morning. The hearing was being recorded and that recorder captured the sound of the blast at 9:02. Visitors to the Memorial Museum can experience this event as they tour through the story of April 19, 1995.
