Share Your Story

April 05, 2013

As we collectively work to teach the story of the Oklahoma City bombing to our next generation, we are asking for your help in communicating stories and lessons of remembrance and resilience learned from April 19, 1995.

How will you tell the story of the Oklahoma City bombing to your children, grandchildren and loved ones who were born after April 19, 1995?

In hopes of better reaching and educating young people around the world, we believe that the answer to this challenging question can be achieved through social media, the communication tool this young generation is heavily reliant upon.

This year, we encourage you to share photos, impactful moments and hopeful stories as we remember and reflect on April 19. We hope these social media efforts will help educate those born after 1995, and also those who may have been too young to realize the impact of that day. With your help, we will create trending conversations regarding the Day of Remembrance #ForeverChanged. This will allow the world to "look through your eyes," to see your photographs, and witness your activities during these important days.
