First Person: Stories of Hope Features Man's Best Friend

May 28, 2008
In the hours following the Oklahoma City bombing, man’s best friend became an integral part of rescue operations as Urban Search and Rescue Teams from across the country came to aid in the search for victims and survivors. Many of these teams employed K-9 rescuers to seek out those who were trapped beneath the rubble.
Hear from two of the rescuers, Elaine Sawtell and Lucy Reynolds, who worked the site with their own dogs in a very special First Person: Stories of Hope, this Saturday, May 31, at 1:30 p.m. inside the Memorial Museum.
