Children Learn About The Impact Of Violence

Children from God’s Little Kingdom in Bethany, OK, visited the Memorial today to learn about the impact of violence. Through touring age-appropriate areas of the Memorial, a story and craft project, the 6 and 7 year olds were taught about responsibility and consequences, respect for self and others, and conflict resolution strategies. Coloring books focusing on Symbols of Hope were given to the children to take home to share with their families.
