May 02, 2009
Former President Bill Clinton will make a special stop to tour the Oklahoma City National Memorial Museum, May 2, 2009. Clinton’s visit will also be highlighted by a special announcement and presentation with Memorial trustees, committees and donors. Clinton, who was in office at the time of the April 19, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, plays a significant role in the story told inside the Memorial Museum. The former president attended the dedication of the Memorial in 2000 and returned to the Memorial for the 10th anniversary in 2005, but this will be his first visit to the Memorial Museum.
The Memorial Museum will close at 3:30 p.m., Saturday May 2nd, with the last ticket being sold at 2:30 p.m.
