Remembering Ryanne

With heavy hearts, Memorial staff and volunteers mourn the loss of a former employee, Ryanne Hauschild. Ryanne worked in Visitor Services for four years, and was a bright and smiling face to every customer who walked in our doors. Ryanne left the Memorial to pursue a career as a pharmacy tech last year.

"I was in her Walgreens tonight and spoke to the Managing Pharmacist who was as sad as I felt. I looked up and there was PEOPLE magazine and it made me smile. For those who didn’t know Ryanne, she always knew the scoop on the latest happenings of the rich and famous — and she kept me updated regularly. She was a loyal and dedicated employee who cared about people and she will be missed," said Executive Director Kari Watkins.

"Ryanne enjoyed every day and tried her very best. Ryanne made an impact on many lives, I’m grateful to have worked beside her for many years and most grateful that she touched my life. I know you will join me in thoughts and prayers for the Hauschild family and her best friend Joey, her golden retriever," Watkins remembered.
