2009 Student Essay Contest Winner Visits Memorial and Museum

2009 Student Essay Contest winner Ellie Gundersheimer visited the Memorial and Museum Saturday with her father and step-mother, Jerry and Debbie Gundersheimer. Ellie, who was the second place winner in the 7th/8th grade division, attended Piner Middle School in Sherman, TX. She wrote about an experience that illustrated for her the importance of her reputation, in response to the following quotation:

Associate with men of good quality if you esteem your own reputation; for it is better to be alone than in bad company.
