Memorial and Museum Hosts Oklahoma City Public Schools Principals' Meeting

More than 100 administrators were in attendance at the Oklahoma City Public Schools General Principals’ Meeting, hosted by the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum in the Center for Education & Outreach. Superintendent Karl Springer opened the day-long meeting, which included presentations on child abuse, America’s Choice Initiative (ACT), Building a Learning City and updates on Title I, ARRA, Student Support Services and Health Services. Memorial Executive Director Kari Watkins addressed the group, and education staff shared information about Called2Change and other education programs and resources offered by the Memorial.
