Tours 9/11 Preview Site

While in New York City recently, Memorial Director Kari Watkins toured the new 9/11 Preview Site at Ground Zero with Amy Weisser, Senior Exhibition Developer, Memorial Museum, National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center, New York, New York. The National September 11 Memorial and Museum staff has been to Oklahoma City several times. Weisser caught Watkins up on their progress.
"We remain so pleased to see the progress they are making and know that when complete, the Museum will stand as an important part of American history," Watkins said. "We are honored they have turned to us for guidance from time to time and together, we believe we can continue to make a difference in teaching history on the national level from ground zero at two places that have been the target of terrorists."
