Junior League Holds General Membership Meeting at the Memorial Museum

The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum hosted the monthly General Membership Meeting of the Junior League of Oklahoma City. As part of 2009-2010 programs and agenda, President Ann Cameron is holding the meetings at various locations to allow members to see and learn about important sites around Oklahoma City.

As part of the evening, Kari Watkins, Executive Director, and four past presidents of the Junior League who are also a part of the Memorial leadership over the past 14 years, spoke on the history of the Memorial and Museum and reflected on the League’s involvement in this story since 1995. Karen Luke, former Memorial Chair, Beth Shortt, Facilitator of the Memorial Mission Statement Process and Survivor Definition, Polly Nichols, survivor and Past Memorial Chair and Ann-Clore Duncan, Memorial Trustee and Chair of the Memorial’s Education & Outreach Committee, participated on the panel.
