Italian Consul General Visits Memorial

Fabrizio Nava, Consul General of Italy in Houston, placed a wreath of remembrance on the Memorial Field of Empty Chairs today. Consul General Nava, in town on his first trip to Oklahoma promoting cultural ties, said this was a beautiful place of remembrance and teaching. Mr. Nava was in the Italian Foreign Service in 1995 in the Directorate General for Political Affairs and has an extensive background in human rights and international humanitarian law.
