Reflections Concert Choir Performs
Under Survivor Tree

October 24, 2010

Songs of patriotism were heard across the Outdoor Symbolic Memorial on Saturday afternoon during a very moving concert by the Reflections Concert Choir from the Arlington/Ft. Worth, TX area. This Land is Your Land, Grand Ole Flag and I Am Proud to be an American, are a few songs performed by this very talented group of young people. The choir stopped in Oklahoma City to share this moving tribute and experience the lessons learned from April 19, 1995, at the Oklahoma City National Memorial Museum.

This organization is “dedicated to the training of Christian Home Educated Students and to the preservation of historical conservative music principles.” The students range in age from 13 to 18 from 24 cities in an 80 mile radius and represent over 25 Evangelical Christian Churches.

The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum is honored to host a variety of musical groups who request special use of the Memorial grounds to sing and play songs to honor the Memorial’s mission.
