Yvette Shinn

Yvette Shinn became part of the Memorial Volunteer Program (MVP) in October 2009, after moving to Oklahoma City from Colorado Springs with her husband, Andy, who is the Site Director at the new AAA headquarters. Yvette discovered our program through VolunteerMatch.org. and knew that she wanted to be part of this unique and educational volunteer service. Yvette has generously given over 200 hours in the past year as an MVP in the Memorial Museum, greeting and assisting our guests from across the country and around the world. When asked about volunteering at the Memorial, Yvette said, “ I have very much enjoyed working at the Memorial. It has been a very rewarding experience.”
