Due to unforeseen circumstances, the speaker for Wednesday’s workshop is now Chris Dishman, Central Region Director for the Department of Homeland Security’s State and Local Program Office. He works within the Office of Intelligence and Analysis, facilitating information sharing. Dishman has worked in the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis, the Office of National Drug Control Policy, the Defense Intelligence Agency and the U. S. Commission on National Security.
