Don't Miss the Memorial's Newspapers
in Education Lessons in April!

Each Tuesday in April, lessons from the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum will be featured in The Oklahoman’s Newspapers in Education program. Schools across the state participate in this program, which provides free newspapers for classroom use. The Memorial lessons focus on Called2Change, which emphasizes the importance of respect, resilience and responsibility, and the Kids Marathon, which encourages healthy choices. By learning what happened on April 19, 1995, students have a greater understanding of the impact of violence and what they can do to make the world a better place.
Click Here for today’s lesson about those who were killed. We can honor their memories by treating others with respect, making responsible choices and living a life of hope and resilience.
