11th Annual Memorial Marathon Weekend
April 29, 2011
More than 25,000 runners and their families, friends and fans are converging on downtown Oklahoma City this weekend to participate in the different races of the 11th Annual Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon. Today, people lined up early to be the first to experience the Marathon Health & Fitness Expo at the Cox Center. Hotel rooms in Oklahoma City are scarce and the 26.2 miles will be packed Sunday morning. This is the largest fundraiser held annually to benefit the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum.
Below are a list of the events for the weekend. Click Here to check out the course map and times of road openings and closings if you are driving around Oklahoma City on Sunday. Join us along the course to cheer on the runners!
Memorial Museum admission is FREE for runners all weekend, just present your bib at the front counter!
