Annual Remembrance Ceremony

We thank those who attended today's ceremony and showed that hope survives.

Today we gathered on the Outdoor Symbolic Memorial site to remember those who were killed, those who survived and those changed forever by the April 19, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. Oklahoma City National Memorial Foundation Chairman Burns Hargis, Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry and ABC Anchor Bob Woodruff addressed the attendees. Jami Smith's singing of the National Anthem and Faith in You were inspiring. Siblings of those who were killed read the names of each person lost in the bombing.
