Reflections of Hope Award Dinner - April 21, 2010

The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum will honor President Clinton Wednesday night with the sixth annual Reflections of Hope Award for his work in helping Oklahoma City transform following the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building 15 years ago and for his international peace work during his presidency and over the past decade.

The event is open to the media but contained to the media risers in the back of the Sam Noble Special Events Center of the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. All equipment must be in the Event Center by 4:45-5:15 for a security sweep, but live trucks may be parked in the turnaround on the southeast side of the Museum. (Limit 4---first come first serve, can not arrive until 4:30-5:15 p.m.) All cables have to be run into the room by 5:15 p.m. If you don’t have equipment to be cleared, the last time for the media to access the Reflections of Hope Award dinner media area is 6:45 p.m. For security purposes, all media will be confined to the risers. A mult-box will be provided by the Memorial's producation company, PDC productions.

Cables can be run through the south door to the Reflections of Hope Award dinner.

The room will be swept from 5:30-6:30 and the room will be cleared. Dinner will be served to members of the media at this time across the hall in the board room.

ALL reporters and photographers must check in at the Media desk in the lobby of the Museum by 5:15 p.m. There will be no admission of equipment to the room of any kind to the room after the security sweep is complete.

Live remotes may take place from the press riser at 5:00 p.m., but between 5:15-6:45, live remotes will have to be done outside of the Museum.

CREDENTIAL INFORMATION: If you are registered through the Memorial for the 15th Anniversary, bring your Anniversary credentials (distributed for the Anniversary events) and sign in at the Media desk in the Lobby of the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.
