Please supply the information requested below. This information is required to evaluate your permit request. Allow at least five (5) business days for processing. A non-refundable processing fee of $50.00 must accompany this application. There may be additional fees charged, including a location fee, and you may be required to provide proof of liability insurance.

Application Process

Application must be filled out and submitted with application fee.
Approval is decided by Memorial staff review.
If application is accepted, applicant must accept and agree to the terms outlined in the Memorial's Standard Location Agreement. Location and usage fees additional to the application fees may also apply.

Application and administrative charges are non-refundable.
