Tom Brokaw Speaks About Oklahoma Resilience at OSU Speakers Series

April 02, 2013
During his talk at the OSU Speaker Series Tom Brokaw remembered the April 19, 1995, bombing and more importantly our communities reaction to it. "What immediately struck me about the community, the city, about the grieving and about the recovery, was that Oklahoma City was one, in its strength and its determination to create a better city in every sense of the word," said Brokaw. "To your credit, you take the best lessons about moving forward, never forgetting, and exercising what has always made Oklahoma great, there's another day tomorrow, and we will rise with the sun."
