Susan Winchester, Vice-Chair of the Oklahoma City National Memorial Foundation and sister to Dr. Peggy Clark, who was killed in the April 19, 1995, bombing, lead members of the National Lieutenant Governors Association through the Memorial Museum. Oklahoma Lieutenant Governor Todd Lamb greeted the Governors and spoke about the significance of the Memorial & Museum for Oklahoma's.
