Traffic Changes Begin Around Memorial and Museum

The streetscape project for Project 180 is underway and will focus on the streets surrounding the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum for the next several months. Work will be done in phases to allow access to motorists during construction. Work will begin along NW 5th and North Harvey and move south. Local traffic will be permitted during this time, however thru traffic will not be allowed and buses will not be permitted along North Harvey and NW 5th.

  • North Robinson from NW 4th to NW 6th will be converted to allow 2-way travel
  • North Harvey from NW 4th to NW 5th is closed to thru traffic
  • NW 5th from North Hudson to North Harvey will be closed to thru traffic
    (local travel to businesses, parking garages, etc. will be permitted)

Outdoor Symbolic Memorial Access

Access to the Outdoor Symbolic Memorial from the west, through the 9:03 gate will be unavailable while the Project180 team replaces the sidewalk. The North and East entrances to the Memorial remain open for visitors.

Visitor Parking

Visitor parking is available in a surface parking lot at 5th & Robinson for a small fee. There is street parking along 5th Street between Robinson and Broadway and along Robinson between 5th and 4th Streets.

Bus Groups

The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum will have a special bus drop-off and parking area on NW 6th Street. Signage will be posted to explain where to drop-off and load passengers. Buses will pick up visitors on North Robinson near the Survivor Tree.
