Description	This hard hat was worn by Gene Romano, FEMA Public Relations, during the bombing investigation. There is a Federal Emergency Management Agency decal on the front and back of the helmet. The helmet is signed by various people who worked the Murrah bombing site. The message on the crown reads, "Each time I return I only wish I could have done more. Gene Romano 19 APR 2000." The meessage on the brim reads, " We will never forget 9:02 AM 19 APR 95."
