| Description |
This is the harness used by Sgt. Major Arlo, the rescue dog. Sgt. Ron Burks of the Oklahoma City Police Department worked as Arlo's handler. Sgt. Major Arlo and Gunney of the Oklahoma City Police Department rescued the last three recovered bodies from the imploded Murrah Building - Christy Rosas, Virginia Thompson and Alvin Justes. Sgt. Major Arlo, a German Shepherd born 1988, worked with Sgt. Ron Burks for eight years. He retired in 1997. |
