Description This is the hat worn for the first 21 days after the bombing by Chaplain Jack Poe during the rescue and recovery.

Cap is navy blue with gold lettering on front crown "Oklahoma City Police"

A small US flag has been stuck on the back crown.

Tag inside says Top of the World, Norman OK. Made in Korea.

Jack Poe was the Chaplain for the Oklahoma City Police Department and also Chaplain for the Oklahoma National Guard. He organized all of the military chaplains and assisted in organizing the civilian chaplains for ground zero and the Family Assistance Center. His wife Phyllis also worked as a chaplain during the incident. Jack went to NYC after the 2001 incidents and worked the Morgue at Ground Zero as well as served as a chaplain with the NYPD.
