| This is a typewritten letter from the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department of Fairfax, Virginia, dated August 28, 1995.
"Dear Mr. Luker:
On behalf of all the members of the Fairfax County Urban Search and Rescue Task force, I would like to thank you for your kind comments about our team's participation in Murrah Building rescue effort. Such kind words have provided great support to us as we returned home from this tragic incident.
Our team was greatly impressed with the spirit and kindness displayed by the citizens of Oklahoma. You are certainly role models for the rest of the country.
Thanks again for taking the time to write. It means a great deal to all of us.
