| This is a photograph of the Montgomery County Collapse Rescue Team. A handwritten message on the back, dated August 1, 1995, reads: "Cleatis, It's not the best picture in the world but for now is the best I can do. Thank you for writing. Our team has been overwhelmed by the number of letters we have received. The people of your state are truly some of the kindest to be found. I consider it a privilege to have been able to assist you.
