Description This is a videotaped interview with Jon Hansen, Oklahoma City Fire Department Public Information Officer during the rescue and recovery. He recounts early response to the bombing, Incident Command System, rescue efforts and crime scene concerns, communication, news media, morale bolstered by community and families of the victims, emotional/physical toll of the recovery, experience of recovery has made them stronger when dealing with normal operations, nature of life in America is changed after 04/19/1995, knowledge that middle America is vulnerable to violence, message of the Memorial, victims or survivors, "The Oklahoma Standard," finding good from evil.
