Richard Wolfe discusses working inside the Murrah Building during the recovery effort, risks to safety, weather conditions, precautions; cold front, fears for the stability of the building; farewell dinner, Southwestern Bell Building, Governor and Mrs. Keating; letting others finish the work of recovery, finishing the task his group was assigned; relationship between FEMA and local agencies, Urban Search and Rescue Teams.
