Description This a videotaped interview with Terry Winston of the Oklahoma City Fire Department. He discusses his activities before the bombing, hearing and feeling the bomb blast, seeing the damage to the Murrah Building on television, deciding to go help, the initial lack of official coordination with his group, damage to other buildings and vehicles, getting close to the building, entering the plaza, car fires, damage to the YMCA and other buildings, removing children from the YMCA, reaching the Murrah Building and splitting up his team, going to work, equipment around the building, entering the building, removing survivors, working to free a woman trapped underneath the rubble, locating jaws of life, bomb scare, clearing the area, taking the jaws of life back in to free the woman, working in the basement, second evacuation call (during the amputation), returning to the building, physical status, looking for bodies and parts, working with rescue dogs, working with FEMA on the rescue/recovery.
