Description This videocassette continues the interview begun in 3844.161. It concludes the interview with Priscilla Salyer and begins an interview with Dave Lopez, President of Southwestern Bell.

Priscilla Salyer discusses her emotional and mental state since the bombing. She talks about the importance of staying positive and moving forward with life. She characterizes herself as a fighter; she discusses the value of the victim impact statements given at Terry Nichol's trial, as well those who had lost interest in hobbies and passions after the bombing. Priscilla had lost interest in knitting after the bombing, but has since taken it up again out of defiance.

Dave Lopez discusses the morning of April 19, 1995. He mentions an early prayer breakfast; meeting with employees in his office, feeling the shock wave from the blast, and evacuating the building. He also mentions the impending rainstorm, maintaining 911 service for Oklahoma City, and providing wireless service. Southwestern Bell set up a wireless tower and handed out cell phones after the blast, as well as providing free telephone booths downtown. Lopez discusses the importance of teamwork, and the community's response to the bombing. He talks about the desire to help without being asked; offering shelter to FEMA teams and ordinary citizens helping out. He discusses the use by the FBI of the Southwestern Bell building. He also mentions small details, like organizing a laundry service for the rescuers, using technology to help the rescuers find people in the Murrah Building, recovering bodies, and the importance of "getting out of the way" of rescuers.
