The Care House exists to help children who have been the victims of violence. Det. Janet Hogue shows the interview room and discusses the techniques she uses to interview children.

The tape continues at the home of Terry Rees' family. Her parents share Terry's collection of bears. Terry Rees died on the seventh floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building.
