Attached to this scarf are adhesive felt letters that read "DAVID WALKER STEP DAD." Dedicated to David Walker. David Walker died on the eighth floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development office. This scarf came to the Oklahoma City National Memorial during the First Anniversary. |
