This mylar balloon was removed from Anthony Cooper's chair on April 24, 2000, shortly after the Fifth Anniversary, April 19, 2000. Anthony Cooper died in the America's Kids Child Development Center on the second floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. |
