| This bear was accompanied by an artificial calla lily and a note written to Sandy Avery from Robin G. The bear was removed from Sandy Avery's chair on April 25, 2000, shortly after the Fifth Anniversary, April 19, 2000. Sandy Avery died in the Social Security Administration Office on the first floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. |
