| Description |
This wreath was dedicated to Wanda Watkins on the Fifth Anniversary, April 19, 2000. A United States Army Recruiting Command stick pin of gold, red, blue and white colors accompanies the wreath. Also attached is a plastic flag button with family silhouettes in front of a heart shaped flag. Wanda Watkins died in the U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion Office on the fourth floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. |
