Description
This poem was removed from Colleen Guile's chair on April 22, 2005, shortly after the Tenth Anniversary, April 19, 2005. Colleen Guile died in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office on the seventh floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Building. "We Remember" written by Shelly Warren. We Remember, April 19, 1995, The alarm sounded and you awoke, To rise and seize the day, But after the cloud of smoke, Your soul was on the way We never would have guessed it, Or thought there were a chance, That on that day a truck would sit and remove you from existance (sic). To all of us who knew you And had the pleasure to call you friend, For none of us had any clue That day would be the end. You may be gone but not forgotten And judgement (sic) finally came For on one Monday morning Our poison did the same! Shelly Warren"
