This wreath is adorned with sixteen laminated photographs of babies, children and other family members. It was dedicated to Kimberly Burgess at the Tenth Anniversary, April 19, 2005. Kimberly Burgess died in the Federal Employees Credit Union on the third floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. |
