| Description |
This framed image of a baby girl was removed from Lanny Scroggins' chair on April 22, 2005, shortly after the Tenth Anniversary, April 19, 2005. It is likely that this is Kaleigh Scroggins, Lanny's granddaughter. Lanny Scroggins died in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on the eighth floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. |
