This wreath surrounds a photograph of Paul Broxterman. The photograph is encased in a clear protector. The wreath was dedicated to Paul Broxterman. The wreath and photograph came to the Oklahoma City National Memorial during the Tenth Anniversary, April 19, 2005. Paul Broxterman died in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office on the fifth floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. |
