The card attached to this cap reads "In memory of A/C Cartney J. McRaven, 10 years departed garrison, permanently deployed to a better place, forever 32nd, always 'out in front.'" The hat and card were removed from Cartney McRaven's chair on April 22, 2005, shortly after the Tenth Anniversary, April 19, 2005. A/C Cartney McRaven died in the Social Security Administration Office on the first floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. |
