Description
After the bombing a special automobile license tag was authorized for family members and survivors. It was designed by a group of family members and survivors. The Memorial was given tag number 419 for preservation. It is inserted into a framed image of a damaged Murrah building. The tag had a blue and green background behind a chain link fence with a brown teddy bear and flowers. It has a purple "VS" for victims and survivors on the left side of the tag, the number "0419" on the right side with the teddy between the two. "April 19, 1995" is along the bottom of the tag. The screened image of the Murrah Building has a black and gray border. Underneath the image, in gray, it says,"...to remember those who were killed, those who survived and those changed forever. Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma--April 19, 1995" The frame is black plastic.
