| This patch comes from Erik Huffman. The text reads "OCFD * OHP * OK CO SHERIFF * ARES * RED CROSS * FBI * OSBI * ATF * US MARSHAL * FEMA * EMSA * OCPF * REACT," and "MURRAH BUILDING, OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, APRIL 19, 1995." The patch was designed to raise money for the Governor's Victim and Family Relief Fund. Because EMSA was on the patch, EMSA wanted each employee to have one. |
