Description 
This pieced quilt is made of cotton squares, lined and bound in navy blue cotton and stuffed with batting. The names of victims are embroidered with thread or liquid embroidery in each block. This quilt is adorned with plastic stars, rhinestones, metal conchos, leather strands, plastic beads, cloth feathers; some other items which have been glued to the surface. Blue and pink liquid embroidery near the top reads "In Loving Memory, Squares done by members of Pikes Peake Community College Staff, Students and Faculty. Quilt sewn by Bertha Marquez, Lajara Co." Liquid embroidery in the center reads "From the Rocky Mountains to The Heartland with Love."
