It begins with segments from ABC's Good Morning America from June 16, 1997.
The segments include interviews with President Clinton, defense attorney Stephen Jones, jurors Ruth Meier and Tonya Stedman, and family members Bud Welch and Jim Denny.

The tape continues with KOCO News discussion of the McVeigh trial and Stephen Jones, visitors to the Memorial Fence and St. Paul's Church.

The next program on the tape is an episode of A&E's Biography from June 17, 1997. The program profiles Gordon Liddy.

The tape concludes with a Dateline episode from June 16, 1997. The story, "Friendly Fire," deals with militias.
